1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this 9kup Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the 9kup website accessible at https://9kup.onl, together with all services, games and functions provided within it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers and uses the Platform, including any person who browses this website.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a Player on the 9kup Platform for the purpose of gaming and transactions.

3 Player Responsibilities

As a player on the 9kup platform, you acknowledge and agree to take on the following responsibilities in full:

• Keep your login details confidential, including your username and password. You are advised not to share your account information with anyone.
• Notify the 9kup support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9kup platform are subject to the limits and procedures set out below. Players are required to understand the following terms before making any deposit or withdrawal request.

Deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by 9kup are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 for all available payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Players must use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals unless instructed otherwise by 9kup.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to another player or third-party account.
• 9kup reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there are signs of suspicious activity or if identity verification requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

9kup offers various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and additional terms stated at the time the bonus is issued.

The 9kup Welcome Bonus gives a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Total wagering to be completed RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Account balance RM3,200 → Total wagering to be completed RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

General rules regarding bonuses are as follows:

• Each Player is only eligible to receive one Welcome Bonus and must hold a valid new account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another player.
• 9kup reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted due to misuse or a breach of terms.
• Other promotions such as weekly cashback through the VIP programme will be communicated via the platform's official channels.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

6 Game Rules

The 9kup platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook, card games and more. Each game category has its own rules that apply in addition to these general terms.

• The outcome of all games generated by a random number generator (RNG) is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game round, 9kup reserves the right to void that round and return the bet to the Player.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. Players who do so will have their account suspended and any winnings obtained through such means will be forfeited.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

9kup reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or close any Player account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• A breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Use of bots, automated software, or unauthorised methods to manipulate the system.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 9kup customer support team. If there is a valid cash balance in the account at the time of closure, the funds will be returned to the Player once all necessary checks have been completed.

8 Limitation of Liability

9kup provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties that the platform will always be free from disruptions, errors, or safe from all security threats.

• 9kup is not responsible for any losses suffered by a Player due to failure of the Player's own internet connection or device.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.
• 9kup's total liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that they use this platform at their own risk.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Amendments to Terms
